- “Writer” refers to the person employed or in other ways contracted by us as a freelancer and who provides research and writing services to the Client according to the legal agreement with us.
- “Account” refers to the personalized section of our Website, restricted to public access, and is created after the User’s registration. Account is personalised by entering Your Account name and password.
- Order Placing and Registration
2.1. All our orders are placed by completing the Oder form provided in the Application form. We don’t accept any order or don’t provide any writing service if placed by other means rather than by request.
2.2. You will be required to register by providing Your email and password. Should you intend to change any of your details, it’s your sole responsibility to update your profile or update the support team of the changes.
2.3. Client places an order on our Website. We do not charge clients any fee for placing orders. Once you place an order, we will assign a writer that meets all the requirements for all the specifications you provide.
- Paying for Your Order
3.1. We don’t charge you to place an order on our website. You will, however, need to release money for the project before we can go ahead with your task. After the final document is delivered to you and release the remaining part of the payment, you can’t demand any type of revision or refund.
3.2. Depending on our residency or location, you may be required to pay taxes on services and products purchased. These taxes will be added to fees billed to you if applicable.
- Refund Policy
4.1. We undertake to deliver products and services that are premium quality and meet the specified deadline. You are entitled to either a partial or full refund according to our refund policy in case the quality doesn’t meet your expectations. We will review each refund case separately and advise whether to do a refund or revisions.

4.2.1 No writer is assigned your order/ no order in progress- we will refund you 100% of the funds in your balance account in such a case.
4.2.2. Missed Deadline. We will do a partial refund to compensate for the late delivery if it happened by our fault.
4.2.3. You choose to cancel the order. You may choose to withdraw the order from active orders even after being assigned a writer. We’ll do the refund depending on when the work was canceled and what amount had been completed.
4.2.4 You disapprove of the quality delivered. We have a system that lets you view part of the work before you approve it. You will, therefore, only release funds if you agree with its quality. We will not, therefore, accept quality claims after you have approved the work sent to you.

5.1. We remain committed to delivering products and services that meet all your specifications and unique requirements.
5.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring they provide delivery channels once the order has been completed. We will not be held responsible for incorrect email, internet outages, and general customer naivety.
5.3. Once we deliver the complete work, it is your sole responsibility to ensure you download the order. We will not be liable for any technical hitch that may result from your end and which may result in you getting the completed order late or missing it altogether.
